-
Authentic & Traditional – Crafted from carefully selected cassava tubers, processed using traditional fermentation, sieving and roasting methods to preserve the heritage of West African gari.
-
Rich Golden Color – Naturally enriched with palm oil during processing, giving it a vibrant yellow hue and deeper flavor compared to white gari.
-
Distinctive Taste & Texture – Slightly tangy (due to fermentation), with a crisp, sand-free, uniform granule structure that yields smooth “swallows” (e.g. Eba) or can be eaten soaked.
-
Large Pack for Households & Catering – 20 kg bulk packaging ideal for large families, food vendors, restaurants or catering events.
-
Gluten-Free & Plant-Based – Made entirely from cassava (no gluten, dairy or animal products) — suitable for gluten-sensitive and vegan diets.
-
Nutritious Energy Source – High in carbohydrates and dietary fiber. The added palm oil contributes small amounts of beta-carotene (a pro-vitamin A).
-
