Delivery Information

Manha Foods delivers to all Mainland UK postcodes, subject to regional surcharges.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on orders £50 and over

  • Orders under £40 are subject to a delivery charge (shown at checkout)

  • Minimum order value: £10

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are prepared fresh to order

  • Processing time: up to 2 working days

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same working day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday, even if next-day delivery is selected

  • We do not dispatch on weekends

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods, bank holidays, or adverse conditions

Next-Day & Saturday Delivery

  • Next-day delivery is subject to cut-off times

  • Saturday delivery is available at £12.99

  • Customers must contact us before ordering via email or WhatsApp to arrange Saturday delivery

Regional Surcharges

Additional delivery charges apply to the following areas:

  • £8.99: BT (Belfast)

  • £12.99:
    AB31–AB38, AB41–AB56, HS, IV, KA27–KA28, KW, PA21–PA80, PH4–PH50, ZE1–ZE3,
    Isle of Man (IM1–IM9), Guernsey (GY1–GY10), Jersey (JE1–JE5)

Christmas & New Year Schedule

  • Orders placed from 22nd December will be dispatched on 2nd January

  • No dispatches take place during the Christmas and New Year closure period

Receiving Your Order

  • Orders are shipped in insulated packaging, keeping products fresh for up to 48 hours unopened

  • Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery

  • All fresh items are suitable for home freezing

Missed Deliveries

Due to the perishable nature of our products, customers must ensure availability during the delivery window.
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, liability for loss rests with the customer, and no refund or replacement can be offered.

How you will receive your order

All orders will be sent in insulated packaging to keep your meat fresh for up to 48 hours in an unopened package. On receipt of goods, please immediately refrigerate your items to ensure freshness. Please note all fresh items are suitable for home freezing. Our Commitment To You

Manha Foods are committed to getting your order delivered to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We work closely with our butchers and courier partners to ensure that your order is prepared, packed and handled with care to reach you just as you expect.We deliver to all postcodes in mainland UK. We aim to get all orders dispatched on the same day, for delivery the next-working (when placed before 12pm). Orders placed after the cut off on Thursday will be dispatched the following working week. We ask that you take into account a possible delay in delivery during seasonal variations (e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays etc). When planning for a special occasion or bulk order please allow for an extra 24 hours for adequate preparation and delivery time. We will always contact you if we anticipate any possible delays in getting your order to you. 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • We may deliver your parcel at any time on the scheduled delivery day for mainland UK. Delivery is complete when we or our courier deliver to your provided address.
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will follow your provided instructions. If no instructions are given, the parcel will be left in a location deemed safe by the courier. If a safe place isn't specified and the parcel is returned to the depot, you'll need to arrange a collection or redelivery.
  • The designated safe location must be within the delivery address area and accessible to the courier. While we aim to follow your delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee it. The courier may contact you by phone using the number associated with your account, which may also appear on the delivery label.
  • DHL delivery obligation is fulfilled once the box is delivered to the specified safe spot or a location considered safe by us or the courier.
  • We shall not be liable for goods once they have been delivered to the address or secure place stated in your order. As adequate email and SMS notifications are sent alerting you to your parcel(s) being out for delivery, and once successfully completed.
