Many fish are known as kingfish but these are two of the best. The yellowtail kingfish - known as hiramasa in sushi bars - is a fine large fish from the southern hemisphere which is beginning to be farmed in large quantities. It has lean firm pearlescent flesh. The wahoo is an even larger fish. It is from warm waters and has darker flesh, which cooks to white. Both make great eating.

Thank you team for my fish, I appreciate your efforts to get me my fish and other products. My reason for a 4 is because my fish when I received it after work at the end of the day was totally defrosted. My question is, where is the ice packs and supposed it was summer my fish would have been smelling in the heat? I’m always ordering stuff and this is the first time I’ve never received it with ice packs which was very strange.
